Baked Swordfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 swordfish steaks
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 to 1/3 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    dash of soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix last four ingredients well.
    Marinate fish 1/2 hour in refrigerator.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 6 to 8 minutes per 1/2 inch. Baste halfway through with remaining marinade.
    No need to turn fish.
