Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or 7 oz. can chicken
1/4 c. butter
4 c. partially cooked cabbage
1/2 c. finely chopped green onion
1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 can bean sprouts
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. egg roll wraps
Preparation

Brown beef lightly in butter.
Add vegetables and seasoning. Cook about 5 minutes in wok or heavy skillet.
Drain and cool. Place a heaping tablespoonful in middle of wrap.
Spread to half of roll.
Roll according to package.
Deep fry until lightly golden brown (2 to 3 minutes).
Serve with favorite seafood sauce (sweet and sour).
