Tuna Noodle Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. cubed cheese
1 (10 oz.) broccoli
1 (6 oz.) tuna
paprika to taste
Preparation

Blend butter and flour in heavy saucepan.
Stir in milk gradually.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Stir in salt, Tabasco, Worcestershire, onion and cheese.
Cook until cheese melts.
Layer broccoli and tuna in buttered casserole dish. Spoon cheese sauce over top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
