Beef And Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked yellow squash
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Drain cooked squash.
Brown ground beef and onion.
Add to cooked rice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Make
a sauce with milk, margarine, flour and one cup of the grated cheese.
Mix the sauce with the squash and meat mixture.
Place in casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
