Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    buttered crumbs or additional cheese
Preparation
    Cook together the broccoli, onion and butter, adding water as package directs.
    Drain; cool.
    Add soup, milk, rice and cheese. Put in baking dish; sprinkle with buttered crumbs or cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
