Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts, cut in cubes
    1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Place chicken in bottom of Pyrex casserole dish.
    Combine soup and sour cream and smooth over chicken.
    Combine crackers, poppy seed and butter; sprinkle over top of the chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
