Sweet 'Tater Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper
8 marshmallows
1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Preparation

Add beaten egg, salt and pepper to potatoes.
Form in a ball around the marshmallows.
Roll in flakes.
Drop in piping hot Crisco until brown.
