Banana Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
    1 qt. whole or 2% milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    5 medium-ripe bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar and beat well.
    Add milk and vanilla.
    Heat well.
    Stir in bananas.
    Pour mixture into container of 1 gallon.
    Save room at the top for ice cream expansion.
