Heavenly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    23 Ritz crackers, mashed
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat sugar into egg whites until folded in.
    Fold in pecans, crackers and vanilla.
    Butter a 9-inch glass pie plate well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool.
