Roasted Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

baking potatoes (however many you need)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Wash potatoes and cut into wedges lengthwise.
Put butter and oil in baking dish in 325\u00b0 oven to melt butter.
Toss wedges in mixture to coat.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika mixture. Bake 1 hour, turning potatoes occasionally.
