Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. thinly sliced carrots
1 medium sweet onion
1 small pepper
1 can (10 oz.) tomato soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender, drain and cool slightly.
Mince pepper.
Cut onion in round slices, separate and mix with carrots. Mix other ingredients together and pour over vegetables. Marinate 12 hours or more.
