Strawberry Pineapple Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 1/2 c. syrup (from pineapple)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. strawberries
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (No 2 1/2) can pineapple chunks
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    3/4 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1/3 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in pineapple syrup.
    Add water to make 1 1/2 cups.
    Stir in lemon juice.
    Chill until thick.
    Halve berries and 1 cup pineapple chunks to mixture, then chill until firm.
    Dissolve lemon Jell-O in water.
    Add lemon juice and salt. Cool and blend in sieved cottage cheese.
    Whip cream and fold in with walnuts.
    Put on top of layer.
    Fill center with berries and rest of pineapple chunks.
