Hawaiian Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can chunk pineapple (large)
1/4 c. Heinz barbecue sauce
1 small onion, sliced
1 medium green pepper, cut in 1-inch chunks
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large skillet, quickly brown pork chops in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Drain excess fat.
Combine pineapple chunks and juice with barbecue sauce, onion, salt and pepper.
Pour over pork chops.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Turn and baste chops. Stir in green pepper.
Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes longer or until chops are tender.
Add more barbecue sauce, depending on your taste.
