Meat Spaghetti Sauce(A Recipe To Enjoy From The Kitchen Of Sarah Surina.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cloves garlic
    1 medium onion
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
    12 oz. water
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 bay leaves to taste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    2 lb. pork bones
    1 lb. piece pork
    2 lb. ground chuck
Preparation
    Chop garlic and onion very fine.
    Saute in little oil until golden brown.
    Add tomato paste and water and simmer 2 minutes. Then add tomatoes, oregano, bay leaves, sugar, salt and pepper. In a separate pan braise pork bones and pork for 15 minutes.
    Then add them to tomato sauce.
    Let everything cook uncovered for 1 1/2 hours at a simmer.
    Brown the ground chuck in oil.
    Drain off fat and add meat to the sauce.
    Cook the sauce an additional 45 minutes, skimming off the grease.
    Cook pasta.
