Meatza Pie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. catsup or tomato paste
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 to 3 slices Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, garlic salt, bread crumbs and milk in bowl, using fork to mix.
    Spread evenly in the bottom of 9-inch pie pan, raising a rim about 1/2-inch around edges.
    Spread catsup over meat; arrange the drained mushrooms over catsup and cover with cheese.
    Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
