Peppercorn Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

4 large chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1 Tbsp. peppercorns
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
Preparation

Place chicken between sheets of plastic wrap.
Pound with a mallet to about 1/4 inch thick.
Sprinkle with peppercorns.
Heat a heavy skillet; add butter and chicken.
Cook, turning once, until chicken is done, about 5 minutes.
Remove chicken and keep warm.
