Pita Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pita bread (6 inch), halved
    1/4 c. sauce (commercial pizza or spaghetti)
    1 c. vegetables (thinly sliced raw mushrooms, onions, green peppers)
    1 oz. (1/3 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    approximately 1 Tbsp. black olives, drained and sliced thin
    1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash and slice all raw vegetables.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Half each pita bread and toast on both sides until golden brown.
    Spread each half with 2 tablespoons sauce, 1/2 of vegetable mix, 1/6 cup Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese and 1/2 tablespoon olives.
    Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble and turn slightly brown.
    Serve warm.
