Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked corn (fresh or canned)
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt butter. Add flour, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat and slowly add milk.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Stir in corn, egg and cheese.
Pour into ungreased casserole.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes.
