Greek Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef (do not brown)
    1 qt. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry garlic
    1 tsp. each: cumin, cinnamon, allspice, black pepper, red pepper and white pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and simmer on low heat for 3 hours.
