Apple Cake American - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 apples, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter or margarine

Preparation

Grease an 8-inch square pan.
Slice 6 apples and spread in the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl and pour over apples. Bake 60 minutes at 300\u00b0.
