Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, cooked in salt water
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cream potatoes as usual with milk, butter, salt and pepper. Add rest of ingredients.
    Put in a large casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
