Beef And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 bell pepper (1/2-inch pieces)
    1/2 red bell pepper (1/2-inch pieces)
    handful of pea pods
    3 c. cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. sesame oil
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
Preparation
    Brown first 3 ingredients lightly and remove.
    Stir-fry next 4 ingredients.
    Add beef mixture and next 3 ingredients; mix.
    At the end, add sliced green onion; remove from heat.
