Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 large box instant lemon pudding mix
1 large can fruit cocktail (including juice)
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Blend all ingredients except brown sugar and nuts in a large mixer bowl; beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cake pulls away from side of pan.
Do not underbake.
Cool in pan 15 minutes.
Spoon hot Butter Glaze over warm cake or top with brown sugar.
