Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped spinach
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 onions
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. stuffing crumbs
    3/4 c. Romano cheese
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Add cooked, drained spinach.
    Remove from heat and mix in everything else.
    Make balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake in preheated oven (350\u00b0) for 15 minutes.
    May be made ahead and reheated.
    Double recipe for a party.
