Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 cup milk
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    Crushed Ritz crackers
    1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 cans asparagus spears
    2 hard boiled eggs sliced
Preparation
    Melt butter in sauce pan and make a cream sauce by adding flour. Stir and cook while gradually adding milk. When mixture thickens stir in cheese, red pepper sauce and salt. In buttered casserole, layer asparagus, sauce, and sliced eggs. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes, or until bubbling and hot.
