Spiced Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sized ripe tomatoes, peeled
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    few leaves of thyme or 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
    1/4 c. parsley, snipped
    1/4 c. chives, snipped
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
Preparation
    Place tomatoes in dish; cover with spices.
    Combine oil and vinegar and pour over tomatoes.
    Chill 1 hour (drain).
    Garnish with parsley and dressing.
