Nutmeg Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, baking
    powder and nutmeg in a separate bowl.
    Cream margarine, sugar and egg.
    Add flour alternately with milk to margarine mixture.
    Beat well.
    Spoon into well-greased muffin tin.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen nutmeg muffins.
