French Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. flounder or sole fillets
    1/4 c. sweet and spicy French dressing
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Place fish in a shallow pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients and spread evenly over fish.
    Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 5 hours, or overnight, turning fish occasionally (optional).
    Bake fish, uncovered, in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Place under the broiler for 5 minutes to brown.
    Serves 4.
