Doctor Bird Cake(Banana-Pineapple) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 c. diced bananas
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease an 8-inch tube pan.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add pineapple and juice, vegetable oil, vanilla, eggs and bananas. Mix well, but do not beat.
    Pour batter into cake pan and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Cake will crack slightly on top.
    Don't worry.
    Cool in pan.
    It will remain moist for a long time.
    Serves 12.
