Jalapeno Cocktail Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, finely chopped
    3 to 4 canned jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    6 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Sprinkle onions, pepper and garlic in well-greased 9-inch square pan.
    Cover with cheese.
    Pour beaten eggs over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm.
    Cool.
    Cut into squares or serve warm.
    Can be frozen.
