Meat Filled Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 pieces manicotti noodles
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 3/4 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Cool in a single layer on foil.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large skillet, brown beef and sausage; drain fat.
    Stir together meat, 1 cup Mozzarella, eggs, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Fill each cooled pasta tube with 1/4 cup meat filling.
    Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Place filled pasta in dish.
    Cover with remaining sauce.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup Mozzarella cheese and add additional Parmesan.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake for 45 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
