Country Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. mustard (prepared)
    dash of nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 of tomato sauce.
    Form meat loaf shape in a shallow baking pan.
    Pour remaining tomato sauce over top.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
