Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder in 1 c. flour
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Add salt and water.
Stir in flour to make very stiff dough.
Knead until smooth.
Roll thin.
Let dry for at least an hour, then roll up like a jelly roll and slice 1/8-inch thick.
Shake out strips and boil until done in chicken or beef broth.
