Brisket Rub(For 3 To 5 Pound Brisket) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. celery salt
    3 tsp. onion salt
    3 tsp. garlic salt
    3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except for black pepper.
    Add enough pepper to make a paste.
    Rub paste thoroughly over brisket (excess fat trimmed away).
    Wrap in HEAVY aluminum foil.
    Leave overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 5 to 6 hours.
