Sausage Stuffing Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli (2 c.)
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    3 c. plain croutons
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar, Swiss or Emmenthaler cheese
    1 can cream of broccoli or cream of chicken soup
    4 eggs
    1 soup can milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
    Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and no longer pink, stirring to separate meat.
    Spoon off fat.
