East India Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. yogurt
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1 large orange
2 c. diced, cooked turkey or chicken
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, orange peel, salt and curry powder.
Chill.
Pare, section and dice orange into a large bowl. Toss lightly with yogurt mixture and add remaining ingredients. Chill before serving.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
