Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. scalded milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 lb. mild cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
Preparation
-
Mix first five ingredients.
Add yolks, well beaten; cut in whites, beaten stiff.
Pour in buttered baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes in moderate oven.
