Crazy Crust Cherry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. water
1 egg
1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can pie filling
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. solid vegetable shortening
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, water, shortening and egg.
Blend well at low speed. Spread batter in a 9-inch pie dish. Carefully spoon filling into center of batter.
Do not stir. Bake 35 minutes at 425\u00b0.
