Chuck Box Chicken - cooking recipe

1 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 lb. broiler/fryer, cut up
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/3 c. cornflakes (crumbs)
1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Combine salad dressing and egg.
Set aside. Rinse chicken with water and drain.
Dredge chicken in flour mixed with salt and pepper. Dip in dressing and egg mixture. Roll in cornflake crumbs. Arrange chicken pieces in foil lined broiler pan. Drizzle with melted margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
