Holiday Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. apricot brandy or orange juice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring
    1 tsp. orange extract or flavoring
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract or flavoring
    1/2 tsp. rum extract or flavoring
    6 large eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. sliced red and green candied cherries (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease 10-inch tube pan; line bottom of pan with waxed paper.
