Chive Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chive cream cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in medium saucepan.
Stir in flour and salt and cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly.
Stir in milk and continue cooking and stirring until sauce thickens and boils, 1 minute.
Add cheese.
Stir until melted.
Serve hot over cabbage.
