Quick Beef And Vegetable Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, cubed beef
    3 potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
    3 carrots, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 onion, quartered
    3/4 c. water
    10 3/4 oz. can condensed golden mushroom soup
    10 oz. pkg. frozen peas (if desired)
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except peas. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes.
    Add peas and continue cooking 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
