Sweet And Pungent Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 brisket (4 to 6 lb.)
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. chili sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. ginger ale
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place brisket in baking pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
    Cover pan with foil. Cook in oven 3 to 4 hours.
    (Meat should be sliced across the grain halfway through roasting time.)
    Finger licking good!
