Oriental Wings(Makes 24 Appetizer Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Cut each wing at joints; discard tips. Wash, drain and dry wings.
Mix together soy and hoisin sauces, rice vinegar, honey, Cajun seasoning and garlic.
Dip wings in sauce.
Arrange in single layer on foil-lined baking pan.
Bake 20 minutes; remove from oven and turn, spooning any remaining sauce over wings.
Return to oven and bake until dark brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
Can be made ahead, refrigerated and reheated in foil at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
