Manicotti With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box manicotti (can use large shells)
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook manicotti (or shells) and drain.
    Cool in a single layer. Combine cheeses, parsley, salt and pepper for filling; spoon into manicotti.
    Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Arrange manicotti in single layer on sauce.
    (If the large shells are used, put the open side down.) Cover with remaining sauce.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
