Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 c. scalded milk
    6 beaten eggs
    4 c. heavy cream
    4 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 bag ice
    water
    rock salt
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and salt in large saucepan.
    Slowly stir in hot milk.
    Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Take beaten eggs; add a little amount of hot milk mixture to them.
    Then add egg mixture to milk mixture.
    Heat 1 minute longer.
    Chill for 2 hours.
    Then add heavy cream and vanilla.
    Stir well.
    Pour into ice cream maker and turn on.
    Use ice, rock salt and water as directed.
