Frozen Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. sliced, unpeeled cucumbers (5 to 8 inches long)
    2 onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. vinegar or 1 1/2 c. vinegar and 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix well the cucumbers, onions and salt.
    Let stand 2 to 3 hours.
    Drain and rinse well.
    Stir and dissolve the vinegar and sugar.
    Pour over pickles.
    Pack in containers and freeze.
