Mexican Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 (8 oz.) carton cream-style cottage cheese
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chillies, drained
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat well at medium with electric beaters.
    Stir remaining ingredients and pour into a well-greased 9-inch quiche pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake about 20 minutes or until set. Cut into wedges to serve.
    Serves 6.
