Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 sq. chocolate (unsweetened)
    3/4 c. milk
    dash of salt
    pinch of cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    butter (size of walnut)
    nuts
    marshmallow (optional 2 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Grease side of pan.
    Combine sugar, milk, chocolate, cream of tartar and salt.
    Stir well.
    Bring to a boil, having thermometer reach 238\u00b0.
    Remove from stove.
    Add butter.
    When lukewarm, add nuts, marshmallow and vanilla.
    Beat and pour in buttered pan. Cool and cut into squares.
