Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

8 c. peeled, quartered potatoes
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. onion powder and paprika
Preparation

Mix potatoes and enough water to cover in 4-quart saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium; cook 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
Drain well and mash potatoes, gradually stirring in salad dressing, cream cheese, onion powder, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper until light and fluffy.
